Dr. Berg, 50 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in weight loss through nutritional and natural methods. His private practice is located in Alexandria, Virginia.   1. By only listening to you and following probably 5% of your videos, I have lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks, didn't diet, didn't even exercise, Did couple IF'S, and just trying to cut down sugars. By the way I got your electrolyte powder, Vit k2mk7, nutritional yeast and using all of these, and also feeling great and energetic.   2. I love what your doing, and i love your vids. Its awesome how your helping people be more healthy and live longer! But in the end i still think about how no matter what you eat or do our outcome is still the same..10 out of 10 people die. Where are you going when you die? Is the point of your life to try and make it last as long as possible and do things that make you happy and then, thats it just die and its over? What happens when you die is the most important thing you could think about, yet people try and keep from it…life is but a vapor, we are here for just a little while and will vanish. Thats why we should be storing up treasures in heaven..not striving atfter the things you cant take with you when you die…God bless you..Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one can come to the father except through him..He saved and changed me! All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, repent and put your faith in Jesus, Hes real. He loves you and died for you. Take care..

  3. If Republicans destroy the environment trying to eat healthy is useless. Clean water, clean air, a toxic free environment, clean food ('healthy' or not) is 90% of health. Another 9% is exercise. Eating, medicine, seeing a doctor or the ER, drugs etc is all within the last 1%. Thank you for your vids, Dr Berg. Within that 1% it really makes a difference.

  4. The perfect diet comes from God's word in the bible. He tells us what to eat. Genesis 1:29 which amounts to fruit, vegetables, nuts, whole grains and seeds first and foremost in their most natural form. God added meat after the flood but should be a supplement to the above diet. Don't make animal protein the main part of your diet. You will get plenty of vitamins and minerals without need for supplements. Get to know Jesus Christ our creator. He gave us everything we need in life. Read The bible, believe it and obey it. You will have good physical, spiritual and mental health. Jesus he came to give us abundant life. We don't know our creator and as a result we suffer for it. Instead we go to the elite and their children and maybe get some truth with a pile of lies and a whole lot of confusion. Jesus said,"I am the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE.   5. Thank you dr Berg. I love watching your videos =) A question a bit not on the topic. Why the hell American men seem to all wear much too big shirts?? Why not put on a size a bit more form hugging? Those folds of shirt sticking out at the sides are not a fashion in America, are they? Sorry, it is not really a complaint or trolling or anything, I just notice it so much it has been bugging me for a long time now.

  6. The carnivorous diet is the perfect diet and satisfies all our requirements. Sorry you wasted all that money Dr. Berg. All supposed dietary needs such as fibre or potassium are contextual i. e. If you eat a plant base diet you need them, but if you’re a meat eater you do not.
